Redesigning Success
I spent 17 years building my corporate career while raising four children. For ten of those years, I was a headhunter for senior finance professionals.
I saw incredibly successful people at the top of their careers facing the same struggle I had: the more successful we became, the less time we seemed to have for the people and things that mattered most.
I didn't want to choose between financial security, my family and my own aspirations. I wanted the freedom to have choices in life.
So I decided to redesign my life to build something with greater flexibility, purpose and potential, alongside a community of like-minded people who wanted more from life too.
My goal isn't simply to build a successful business. It is to build a successful life, and help others do the same.
Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much. Don't just exist - live.
